Owner Charlotte Scofield has over 15 years of hands-on experience in kitchen design. After years as a top designer in a well-known national kitchen retailer, she joined the Kutchenhaus Franchise, with the Orpington branch now approaching its eighth year. Charlotte also owns Kutchenhaus Sevenoaks and is a partner in the Woodford branch.

With three in-house kitchen designers and a deep understanding of German kitchen products, Charlotte leads a team known for practical, honest advice and expert planning. We know the product inside out, and we know how to tailor it to suit a wide range of homes and budgets.

Charlotte and the team have been nothing short of amazing in every aspect. From the initial consultation the design process was really straight forward. I gave her my rough idea on a piece of paper and she nailed the design first time. We are undergoing extensive building work and having gone to numerous kitchen showrooms we decided to go with Kutchen Haus. Charlotte visited the installers whilst on site to ensure they knew the process which the installers thought was a great touch. They were equally impressed with the design and lack of faults. We couldn’t be happier with the result and quality of the kitchen/components. We’ve had a minor discrepancy regarding the upstands which has been resolved with zero fuss. All this for the same price as Wren/Howdens etc and the quality of the kitchen blows them out the water.

The Service at Every Stage Was Friendly and Professional
I had a Nobilia Kitchen (German manufacturer of Kuchenhaus kitchens), whilst living in Germany. I had always been pleased with the style and quality. Returning to the UK, I was looking for a similar Kitchen. I feared a quality German-manufactured kitchen would be out of my price range – especially because I was looking for a smaller kitchen for my mum’s newly renovated annex and a main family Kitchen/dining room. I thought, no harm in booking a design consultation. I was so happy with the suggestions, advice, and service I received at the Kuchenhaus Orpington Showroom, I decided to invest a little more than I had first planned and go with what I wanted. In fact, prices are competitive, and the quality is truly worth investing in. The service at every stage was friendly and professional, from initial consultation to advising on minor changes required for installation and follow-up. The Quality is Gorgeous
From the moment we met Charlotte at Kutchenhaus Orpington, I knew we were going to receive a quality service. Charlotte is passionate about her job and about her clients – there’s no offensive sales tactics or anything disingenuous in her approach – she genuinely wants to help you get your dream kitchen. Charlotte has been patient with me (I can be somewhat indecisive sometimes), honest and really responsive. Once we bought our kitchen we were introduced to Kate who is so lovely – she has made something that could have been really stressful, so easy. Kate has been flexible, so approachable and helpful with all of the various appointments – arranging measuring the space ahead of placing the order, organising delivery of the kitchen, the templating etc. And the aftercare via Charlotte and Kate has been thorough and deliberate – with the same level of consideration and care as before we had paid for the kitchen. I honestly can’t fault a single thing and we’re so happy with our kitchen – the quality is gorgeous and everyone that has seen it loves it, even if it isn’t their style.
